Unsworth Vineyards, Mill Bay, BC is looking for Sixteen (16) full-time Vineyard Farm Worker (NOC 85101).

The key responsibilities for this position of Vineyard Farm Worker are:

• Install, repair irrigation system, and irrigate vineyards.
• Assist in all vineyard farm operations, including spring pruning, tying, sucker removal, weed control, planting vines, and picking grapes during harvest.
• Operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment such as but not limited to Winch, Forklift, Skid Steer, Bobcat, mower, disc, leafer, and Tractor.
• Lay out vineyard, install and maintaining of T post trellises system.
• Install and maintenance erosion control in vineyards.
• Filling and Emptying harvest rooms, cleaning, assisting in filling of containers.
• Working indoors and outdoors in all types of weather conditions and climates.
• Assessing vineyard for quality.
• Assisting in loading filled grape containers onto trucks.

Terms and Conditions

Employment type: Permanent full time

Wages: CAD 20 – CAD 23 per hour, for 40 hours a week
