Job Description
1.Assist the chefs and cooks in the kitchen by carrying out various tasks such as setting up workstations and helping with the cooking process.
2.Process takeout orders, prepare and pack food.
3.Assist in the preparation of food by washing, peeling, chopping, and cutting ingredients, such as vegetables, fruits, and meats, according to the recipes and instructions provided by the chef or cook.
4.Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment by regularly cleaning work surfaces, appliances, and kitchen equipment. Ensure that the kitchen area complies with food safety standards.
5.Keep records of the quantities of food used, Notify manager if there is a shortage.
6.Clean and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment.

3.Be in good health and able to accept physical work.
4.Good communication skills
5.Pay attention to details and able to work diligently and meticulously.
6.Need to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
7.Good personal hygiene habits can ensure food safety.
8.Knowledge of Asian food cooking is preferred.
