JPT GAMBLE ENTERPRISES LTD. O/A CANADIAN TIRE in Penticton, BC, is now hiring a Permanent Full-Time Retail Sales Supervisor.

Duties Includes:

Supervise and coordinate sales staff and cashiers
Assign sales workers to duties and preparfe work schedules
Authorize payments and the return of merchandise
Resolve issues that may arise, including customers requests, complaints and supply shortages
Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, such as store displays, signage and cleanliness
May perform the same duties as workers supervised

Wages and Benefits: Wages $ 23.10 per hourly, for 35-40 hours per week. Health and Dental, Death and Long Term Disability and Life Insurance Benefits.

Work Experience: Previous retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk, cashier, telemarketer and door-to-door salesperson is usually required. Have a strong command in English language both in oral and written communication may be required.

Education: Completion of secondary school education is usually required.
