Job Description

Prepare and oversea all food transformation (cooking, grilling, frying and baking
Maintain work area sanitation (cleaning and sanitizing work area before and after scheduled shifts in adherence with health department guidelines)
Maintain proper inventory and rotation of food items
Assists in overseeing staff in their daily routines
Completion of a community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related discipline or several years of experience in food preparation or service are required.
