Job Description
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Child Caregiver, you will play a supportive role in the daily life of a 13-year-old child, including:
• Preparing healthy meals and snacks;
• Safely transporting the child to and from school and extracurricular activities;
• Assisting with homework and providing encouragement in learning;
• Engaging in recreational, social, and physical activities;
• Offering companionship and fostering a positive and respectful relationship;
• Performing light household duties such as tidying the child’s room and maintaining cleanliness in shared areas.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Secondary school or above
• Prior experience in child care or equivalent training preferred
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
Wage: CAD 20-22/Hour
Work Hours: 30-40 Hours Per Week
Required languages: English
Education level: Secondary School or above
Required skills: Prior experience in child care or equivalent training preferred
