Job Description

Valleyview Gas and Convenience is looking for a motivated and dependable Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. This is a full-time permanent opportunity for someone with retail experience who enjoys leading staff, keeping operations organized, and delivering excellent customer service in a busy gas station and convenience store environment. What you’ll do

Supervise and support store staff during daily operations
Assign duties and prepare staff schedules
Train team members and support workplace efficiency
Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels
Handle customer concerns and help resolve day-to-day issues
Monitor cash handling and sales activities
Assist with merchandising and overall store presentation
Prepare basic reports related to sales and store operations
What we’re looking for

Completion of secondary school
7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience
Strong communication and leadership skills
Organized, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced setting
Willing to work day, evening, weekend, and shift hours
Able to work on-site in Valleyview, Alberta
Reliable transportation is required, as there is no public bus service available to this work location.
