Salary: $32.00/ hour for 30-40 hours per week

Languages: English
Education: No formal education is required.
Experience: Minimum experience of 3 years as a Carpenter or in the wood products manufacturing industry is required

Responsibilities
• Read and interpret shop drawings, production plans, and work orders for kitchen cabinetry manufacturing.
• Measure, mark, cut, shape, and finish wood and wood-based materials using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.
• Assemble custom kitchen cabinets, drawers, doors, panels, shelving, and related components in the manufacturing facility.
• Perform joinery work using screws, dowels, adhesives, and other fasteners to produce finished cabinet units.
• Install and adjust cabinet hardware such as hinges, drawer slides, handles, and soft-close mechanisms.
• Sand, trim, and prepare cabinetry components to meet design and quality specifications prior to finishing or installation.
• Inspect completed products for accuracy, workmanship, and defects; make adjustments or repairs as required.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and machinery in safe working condition within the manufacturing unit.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized production area.
• Coordinate with supervisors and production team members to meet manufacturing schedules and output requirements.
