Job Requirement:
Minimum education required: Diploma in relevant field is required
Minimum work experience required: 5+ years
Experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, or mechanical systems is preferred
Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
Familiarity with Canadian safety standards and building codes is an asset

Job Responsibilities:
-Install and commission HVAC machinery and related mechanical equipment
-Assist in the inspection of mechanical installations and construction projects to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards
-Support the preparation of HVAC system designs, technical drawings, and project specifications
-Estimate project costs, material requirements, and labor needs
-Install, maintain, and service ventilation, air handling, and air conditioning systems
-Install and calibrate HVAC equipment and system components
-Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical system failures
-Perform repairs and adjustments to ensure optimal system performance

Language at work: English

Hourly wage: $41.50

Hours of work per week:30-40 hours

Vacation Pay: 4%
