We are looking for a qualified Nail Salon Manager to join us.

Wage: $38.00 per hour (Overtime paid at 1.5 times regular wage after working 8 hours per day and/or working 40 hours a week.)
Working hours: 30 – 40 hours per week
Terms of employment: Permanent and Full time
Benefit(s): 10 days paid vacation or 4% vacation fee

Job duties, but not limited to the following:
• Assess and monitor day-to-day operational performance
• Coordinate and schedule daily operational activities to ensure efficiency
• Develop, implement, and enforce workplace policies and procedures
• Oversee budgeting processes and maintained control of inventory levels
• Administer and negotiate contracts related to advertising and marketing initiatives
• Recruit, onboard, train, and supervise team members
• Respond to and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:
• Education: Completion of College/CEGEP is required.
• Experience: 3 – 5 years of experience in related service and workplace is required.
• Language: Must be able to communicate in English.
