Job Description

Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the daily operations.
Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff.
Plan and control budget and inventory.
Respond to inquiries or complaints and resolve problems.
Responsible for the organization and implementation of promotional activities such as gift cards and package tickets.
Responsible for the daily, weekly and monthly work records, revenue records and expenditure records, and report to the owner.
Responsible for the procurement of daily consumables for the store’s operations.

Required languages: English and Chinese Mandarin

Education level: A college diploma is required

Required skills: Adapt to the fast-paced working environment. Customer-oriented service consciousness. Efficient interpersonal skills Reliability Team player Proficient in computer use, especially Word and Excel. Those with company management experience, especially in business customer service, will be given priority.
