Position: Assistant manager – food services (TEER 60030)

This group of employees is responsible for performing some or all the following duties:
– Plan, organize, direct, and oversee the restaurant’s daily operations.
– Supervise and coach supervisors and team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality customer service.
– Participate in the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff.
– Prepare employee work schedules and ensure effective workforce management.
– Ensure compliance with company policies and quality, hygiene, and food safety standards.
– Manage inventory, control food costs, and place orders for supplies and merchandise.
– Analyze sales, prepare reports, and implement strategies to improve the restaurant’s performance.
– Handle customer complaints and ensure an outstanding customer service experience.
– Assist the Restaurant Manager with financial management, including monitoring sales, expenses, and profitability targets.
– Oversee the opening and closing of the restaurant and ensure the smooth operation of all restaurant activities.
Experience: 2 years of experience in the food service industry, including supervisory experience

Starting date: As soon as possible
Hourly wage: $ 27.47– $32.50 per hour, depending on experience
Paid vacations: 4%
Number of hours per week: Permanent, full-time
Availability: Day, evening, and weekend shifts according to restaurant needs
