Pinnacle Plants & Contracting, located at SE30-9-16-W4, Taber, AB, T1G 2C9, is seeking two (2) SOD labourers. Seasonal (April to November). English speaking workplace. Rural Area.

Wage: $18.50/hour (40 hours per week)
Education: Basic
Experience: 7 months to 1 year

Duties: Assist with the planting, growing, watering, fertilizing, and general maintenance of sod fields. Monitor sod fields and irrigation systems to ensure adequate watering and proper growing conditions. Assist with mowing and maintaining sod fields to promote healthy and uniform growth. Assist with sod-cutting and harvesting equipment as directed. Cut, roll, stack, load and unload sod for delivery or installation. Assist with measuring and preparing sod for orders. Load sod onto trucks and trailers using appropriate equipment and safe lifting practices. Maintain sod fields, including removing weeds, debris, and unwanted vegetation. Assist with preparing soil and ground areas for sod production and planting. Perform seasonal cleanup and general maintenance of sod fields and surrounding areas. General duties as directed by the supervisor or owners.

Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
