Salary: $35.00 hourly / 45-55 hours per week
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time, Early morning, Evening, Day, Weekend, Overtime required

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Work site environment: Chicken farming, Hay farming, Dusty, Noisy, Grain, oil and forage crop
Work setting: Rural area
Supervision: 3-4 people

Job Duties
• Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying or harvesting
• Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers
• Organize tasks to accomplish the work
• Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment (Fertilizer applicator, Harvesters, Seed drill, Sprayer or duster, Tractor)
• Handling chickens, Monitoring chicken health, Select livestock for sale
• Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
• Maintain quality control and production records, Maintain work records and logs
• Perform general farm duties
