Minimum Experience Requirement: 5+ years of professional grooming experience in a high‑volume or high‑standard salon.
Minimum Education Requirement: Completion of High School

Job duties (DETAILS):
– Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow throughout the salon.
– Supervise groomers, bathers, and support staff with fairness, clarity, and professionalism.
– Provide coaching, mentorship, and ongoing skill development for team members.
– Conduct performance evaluations and give constructive feedback.
– Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new staff.
– Manage scheduling to ensure adequate coverage while controlling labor costs.
– Address staff concerns, conflicts, or performance issues promptly and respectfully.
– Ability to perform advanced grooming on every type of breeds and coats

Other Qualifications:

– Proven ability to groom all breeds to breed‑standard trims and owner‑requested styles.
– Strong knowledge of coat types, skin conditions, and safe handling techniques.
– Ability to perform advanced or corrective grooming when needed.

Required languages: English

Education level: Completion of high school
