NIO Wholesale Ltd. is currently seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple Bento Sushi locations within the assigned region.

Position: Regional Manager
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time, Non-seasonal
Wage: $20.00 per hour
Hours: 35 hours per week
Overtime: $30.00 per hour after 48 hours per week
Location: Multiple store locations
Vacancies: 1

Job Duties
•Oversee the daily operations of multiple Bento Sushi locations within the assigned region through regular store visits, ensuring compliance with company policies, food safety, sanitation, workplace health and safety requirements, and company operating standards.
•Assist with recruiting new employees, provide on-the-job training, and support store staff in following company procedures, food safety requirements, and customer service standards.
•Prepare staff schedules, calculate and review employee working hours, coordinate staffing needs between locations, and monitor employee performance to help maintain consistent operations across all assigned stores.
•Monitor inventory levels, calculate product requirements, place weekly food and supply orders, and communicate with suppliers to ensure products are delivered on time.
•Review sales results, food costs, and inventory usage for each location, identify operational issues, and work with the owner to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
•Respond to customer concerns and complaints, and work with store management and other departments to resolve operational issues and help maintain a positive customer experience.
•Support the owner in coordinating regional operations, following up on issues at individual locations, and assisting with other day-to-day management responsibilities as required.
•Provide operational support to assigned store locations as required to ensure efficient daily operations.

Requirements
•College-level diploma or certificate
•Minimum CLB 5 English language ability
•Ability to travel between multiple store locations as required
•Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees, colleagues, and management.
