Job Opening: Food Service Supervisor

Locations:
1285 Rogers Way, Kamloops, BC V1S 1R9 – 5 vacancies
1120 Rogers Way, Kamloops, BC V1S 1N5 – 5 vacancies
Wage: $18.27 to $20.00/hour, 35-40 hours per week.
Benefits: Optional medical group benefits after 6 months

Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in food service. Supervisory experience in an asset.
Job Duties:
• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
• Establish work schedules and procedures
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Perform job duties of workers supervised, as needed.
