Qualification and requirement:
• Completion of diploma 1 year to 2 years
• 7 Months to less than one year of experience is required.
• Ability to communicate, read and write in English is must.
• Familiarity with welding tools and procedures
• Must be organized and team oriented
• Ability to follow instructions and should have attention to details
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet project deadlines
• Familiarity with engineering blueprints and schematics
• Ability to handle physical load
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, sketches, and kitchen layout plans to determine dimensions, specifications, and installation requirements.
• Take accurate measurements of residential and commercial spaces to determine material requirements and prepare components for installation.
• Calculate quantities of wood, plywood, MDF, laminates, hardware, and other materials required for carpentry projects.
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join wood and wood substitute materials to construct cabinets, panels, shelving units, and interior fixtures.
• Construct and install custom kitchen cabinets, islands, pantry units, vanities, closets, and built-in storage systems according to project drawings.
• Install, adjust, and secure cabinetry, doors, drawers, trims, moldings, and other wooden fixtures.
• Use carpentry hand tools and power equipment such as saws, drills, routers, sanders, nail guns, and measuring tools to complete woodworking tasks.
• Perform cabinet framing, fitting, alignment, leveling, and fastening to ensure proper installation and structural stability.
• Modify, repair, and replace existing cabinets, wooden fixtures, and interior structures during renovation projects.
• Install hardware components including hinges, drawer slides, handles, and accessories.
• Apply finishing work including sanding, trimming, edge finishing, caulking, and minor repairs to achieve required quality standards.
• Inspect completed carpentry work to ensure accuracy, durability, and compliance with project specifications.
