Position: Food Service Supervisor

Education requirement: Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
Experience requirement: 1 year as a food service supervisor
Language: English
Start Date: As soon as possible
Wage: $18.50/hour, 35 hours/week.

Job Duties:
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of kitchen and front staff.
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Ensure staff is following franchise recipe and procedures.
• Establish work schedules and assign duties to staff.
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies on time.
• Ensure food service and food quality are excellent.
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns professionally
• Maintain records of stock, sales and reduce food wastage.
• Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure compliance with safe food handling, health and safety regulations.
• Assist in hiring staff, local marketing and budget planning.
