JinLoong Restaurant located at 518 Sackville Drive, Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia, B4C 2R8. We are hiring for a Marketing Coordinator who is responsible for developing creative assets. In this role, you will plan, create, and edit content (including images, video, and printed materials etc.) on a daily basis. Also, you will express the brand with marketing assets in a consistent and engaging way that increases brand awareness and inspires community to participate.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2-3 years marketing experience
• College diploma or equivalent education, preferred business marketing related
• Strong verbal and writing communication skills in English
• Strong collaboration and relations-building skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations based on insights
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive and willing to take initiative, able to work independently
Key responsibilities include:
• Develop and implement strategies marketing plans and campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate leads
• Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior, trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
• Identify and monitor trends while developing strategies to exceed our business needs
• Assist owner set up marketing plan according to products features
• Create promotion and marketing ideas for owner
• Create engaging content for various marketing channels
• Release business information on marketing tools and media platforms
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively
• Analyze and report advertisement and marketing effects to owner
Job type: permanent and full-time (40 hours per week)
Wage: $29.00 per hour (1.5 times overtime pay applies after 48 hours per week)
