Job Summary

We are looking for a caregiver to care for a 2-year-old child. The successful candidate will provide daily supervision, support the child’s development, and ensure a safe and nurturing home environment.

Responsibilities (Tasks)
Supervise and provide attentive care for a 2-year-old child.
Support the child’s personal hygiene habits and social development through daily guidance and interaction.
Maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment in the home.
Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks for the child.
Attend to the child’s emotional well-being and developmental needs.
Organize and participate in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties related to the child’s care and living areas.

Required languages: English

Education level: secondary school diploma

Required skills: Experience caring for young children, especially toddlers; Ability to provide attentive and responsible supervision; Knowledge of child safety and basic first aid practices (an asset); Ability to prepare simple, healthy meals for children; Strong understanding of child hygiene routines and daily care needs; Patience, reliability, and a caring attitude; Ability to follow parental instructions and household routines; Good communication skills in English
