The Assistant Spa Manager supports the Spa Manager in the efficient and profitable operation of the facility. This role involves overseeing staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, managing inventory, and assisting with administrative tasks.
Responsibilities and Task:
Direct and control daily operations
Evaluate daily operations
Plan and organize daily operations
Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff
Plan and control budget and inventory
Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies
Hire, train and supervise staff
Address customers’ complaints or concerns

Required languages: English

Education level: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
