Salary: $1,918.46 to $2,427.46 bi-weekly ($26.46 – $33.48/hour or $50,071.81 – $63,356.71/year)

About the Role
The TSIC Coordinator provides administrative and coordination support to the Therapeutic, Specialized and Indigenous Courts (TSIC) program within the Alberta Court of Justice. The position supports leadership and acts as a liaison between the judiciary, management, legal counsel, Indigenous partners, and community stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide executive and administrative support to TSIC leadership.
• Coordinate meetings, committees, agendas, materials, and minutes.
• Support projects, special events, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Build relationships with First Nations, Métis, Inuit, and community partners.
• Prepare and maintain correspondence, reports, records, and tracking documents.
• Support the day-to-day administration and delivery of TSIC initiatives and services.

Qualifications Required
• High school diploma plus at least 2 years of related administrative experience (equivalencies considered).
• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence.

• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, Zoom, and Webex.
