FRONT & JOHN PIZZA LTD. o/a BOSTON PIZZA is now hiring a Permanent Full-Time KITCHEN MANAGER position.

Duties includes:
Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
Establish work schedules and procedures
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
Supervise and check assembly of regular and special diet trays
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
May plan restaurant menus and determine related food and labour costs.

Wages and Benefits: Wages of $ 17.00 per hour, for 30 to 32 hours per week.

Work Experience: Several years of experience in food preparation and service, with a strong command in English language both written and oral communication.

Education: Completion of a community college program in food administration, hotel and restaurant management or related discipline. Completion of secondary school education is required.
