Everfresh Processing is looking for a Wholesale Meat Cutter to join our team.

Position: Wholesale Meat Cutter (Permanent)
Hourly Wage: $23.70 per hour (Overtime pay to paid at 1.5 times the regular wage after 8hrs/day and after 40hrs/week.)
Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week (Full time)
Benefit(s): 4% of gross salary or 10 days of paid vacation; extended health benefits

JOB DUTIES, (But not limited to the following):
• Cut, bone, and prepare standard cuts of meat, poultry, fish and shellfish.
• Grind meats and slice meats using powered grinders and slicing machines
• Shape, lace and tie roasts and other meats, poultry or fish.
• Manage inventory of meat and fish records and determine amount, product freshness according to company requirements.
• Make sure food storage conditions are adequate at the required temperature.
• Comply with government health and safety standards and occupational health and safety standards.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Education: No formal education is required; however, completion of Secondary School is preferred.
• Experience: No formal experience is required as on-the-job training will be provided; however, 1 month to 6 months of experience is preferred.
