Everfresh Processing is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Supervisor.

Position: Supply Chain Supervisor (Permanent)
Hourly Wage: 38.00 per hour (Overtime pay to paid at 1.5 times the regular wage after 8hrs/day and after 40hrs/week.)
Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week (Full time)
Benefit(s): 4% of gross salary or 10 days of paid vacation
Number of available positions: 1

JOB DUTIES, (But not limited to the following):
– Supervise and coordinate clerical operations including logistics, shipping, receiving, inventory control, purchasing, production coordination, dispatching, and transportation scheduling,
– Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory policies,
– Resolve operational issues and complaints and implement process improvements,
– Train staff, requisition supplies, and ensure proper operation and maintenance of computer systems, equipment, and machinery,
– Supervise and when needed perform the same duties as workers supervised.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
– Completion of a post-secondary education program of two to three years in business, supply chain, production or manufacturing management and/or related is required.
– 1-2 years of experience in the occupation supervised are required.
– Ability to communicate in English is required.
