Farm Supervisor
Cidery Orchard, Okanagan
We are seeking a Farm Supervisor to support the ongoing operations of our cidery orchard. This role focuses on consistency, follow-through, and managing day-to-day realities in a working farm environment.
Hours: 30 hours per week
Wage: $24/hour
Role overview
This position is responsible for keeping daily orchard work on track. You’ll oversee routine tasks, coordinate staff, and step in as needed to ensure operations continue smoothly, especially during busy or unpredictable periods.
Responsibilities include
• Supervising daily orchard activities and work schedules
• Providing direction to seasonal and part-time staff
• Regularly assisting with physical labour when staffing is tight
• Monitoring equipment and reporting issues as they arise
• Adjusting plans when weather, timing, or labour availability changes
