Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to lead and oversee maintenance operations within a high-volume manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, leading maintenance initiatives, and maintaining a safe and efficient production environment.

Required languages: English

Education level: Post-secondary degree or diploma in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related technical discipline, or a valid skilled trades certification with relevant technical training and experience.

Required skills: • Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles • Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing • Strong decision making, problem solving and collaborative skills • Proven skills in Preventive Maintenance, Reliability Based Asset Management • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Office and Microsoft Project. Previous experience with Automated Control Systems PLCs, PCs & CMM
