Job Description:
Job Title: Line Cook

Wage: $21.00 per hour
Benefit: 10 days paid vacation or 4% gross salary for vacation remuneration.
Hours of work: 30-40 hours per week.

Duties:
– Prepare a variety of cold prep items for all batch cooked items, sauces, etc.
– Prep, assemble and cook all food on the menu under our recipe guidelines.
– Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of kitchen and equipment.
– Responsible for all stove, oven, and fryer cooking.
– Properly portion all food items such as meats and vegetables before cooking.

Job Requirements:
Education: Completion of Secondary school is required.
Experience: Minimum 1~2 years of commercial cooking experience OR Completion of a three-year apprenticeship program, college, or other programs in cooking is required.
