Position: Food processing supervisor
Wage: CAD$28.00/hour
Types: Full-time, Permanent (various shifts, including morning, evening, weekends, and holidays)
Working hours: 30~ 40 hours/week
Benefits: 4 % of vacation pay

Job Duties:
• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of workers who process and package food products (bakery, frozen foods, sauces, etc)
• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other departments including shipping
• Requisition materials and supplies
• Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policy
• Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions
• Prepare production, quality, and other reports.

Job Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school;
• 2-3 years of experience in the food or beverage processing industry are required.
