We at Island Friendship food Company a franchise of A&W is seeking for Food Service Supervisor on permanent basis to augment our staff at Parksville location. If you are experienced, self motivated team player with great leadership skills, come forward to join our team.
As a Food Service Supervisor your job description would be as follows:
• Supervise and schedule Food & Beverage Servers and other staff members.
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies for restaurant operations and calculate food and labour costs.
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and food wastage.
• Hire & train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
Education: Completion of Secondary School is required
Essential Skills: Able to work in fast paced environment.
Language Requirements: Must be able to communicate in English.
Salary: $20.45 hourly for 30-40 hours per week
Experience: 1 year of work experience is required
