Anyar Trucking Inc is looking for two (2) Full-Time Yard Workers (Materials Handler) (NOC 75101)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 40 hours per week, $22.00 to $25.00/hour.
Job Description:
• Load, unload and move products and materials by hand or using basic material handling equipment
• Assist in upkeep of trucks: washing, greasing, minor servicing of trucks at yard
• Perform other material handling activities such as counting, weighing, sorting, packing and unpacking.
• Operate winches and other loading devices to load and unload materials onto and off trucks and loading docks of warehouses and yards
• Store and retrieve materials in warehouses
• May perform other activities, such as opening containers and crates, assisting in taking inventory and weighing and checking materials.
Job Requirements:
• Physical strength is required for manual material handlers who work with heavy materials.
• Previous yard work experience is an asset
• Language in the workplace is English
Job Location:
Warehouse sites in Fraser Valley (as assigned). Office located in Mission, BC V2V 7S3.
