Job Description

The Partsperson will be responsible for receiving, ordering, storing, and issuing auto glass parts and related materials. This includes windshields, side glass, rear glass, mouldings, clips, adhesives, primers, tools, and other supplies used by auto glass technicians. The employee will help identify the correct parts for each vehicle, maintain inventory, assist with supplier orders, and ensure technicians have the required materials to complete repairs and replacements on time.

The Partsperson will also assist with customer service by checking part availability, preparing work orders, supporting insurance-related documentation, and coordinating parts for in-shop and mobile service appointments. The role requires strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, knowledge of vehicle makes and models, and the ability to keep the parts area organized and safe.

Required languages: English

Education level: Completion of secondary school is required.

Required skills: The candidate must have good organizational, communication, customer service, and basic computer skills. The candidate should be able to identify, order, receive, store, and issue auto glass parts and supplies, maintain inventory records, support technicians, and follow workplace health and safety procedures
