Required Qualification:
• Completion of Secondary Education
• 7 months to less than 1 year of experience is required in retail industry.
• Must be customer-focused and should have excellent communication skills.
• Ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions.
• Able to work in Day and Weekends in fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
• Managing cashier functions, cash registry, merchandising and customer service.
• Maintaining inventories, managing merchandise, preparing daily sales and expenses information, determining needs to sales promotions.
• Recruiting, hiring, and training new employees.
• Preparing schedules for employees to meet the operational requirements.
• Protecting employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Ensuring cashier/ merchandising staff comply with all guidelines.
• Ensuring security systems and measures are in place to secure merchandises.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide exceptional customer service.
• Check incoming fresh food for quality and quantity of products.
• Record shortages and reject damaged goods, co-ordinate with vendors.
• Check refrigerator readings, rotation of perishable products, cleanliness of storage areas.
• Ensuring standard operational guidelines and policies are followed by employees.

Compensation:
Wage: $22.50 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
Work Hours: Minimum 35 to 40 hours per week, day shift, and weekends may require.
