We are established restaurant 2545629 ALBERTA LTD. known as My Sushi, located in 9824 100 St, Fort St. John, BC, V1J 3Y. Our restaurant specializes in sushi and offers Vietnamese dishes with a modern twist, which requires cooks who can prepare a diverse menu and adapting to fusion-style cuisine.

We are currently seeking a skilled Cook who is passionate about preparing quality food and enjoys working in fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
Tasks
Determine the size of food portions and costs
Requisition food and kitchen supplies
Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
Inspect kitchens and food service areas
Order supplies and equipment
Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
Clean kitchen and work areas
Recruit and hire staff
Manage kitchen operations
