Responsibilities
Tasks
•	Develop strategies to efficiently meet work schedules.
•	Supervise daily staff activities, ensuring effective teamwork and task coordination.
•	Provide training on job duties, sanitation, and safety.
•	Estimate and order ingredients and supplies to manage costs.
•	Hire staff that meet the establishment’s standards.
•	Monitor food preparation to ensure quality standards.
•	Prepare budgets and manage resources within allocated budgets.
•	Address and resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
•	Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and wastage.
•	Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and wastage.
•	Prepare food order summaries for efficient kitchen operations.
•	Possess knowledge of Edo Japan’s culinary styles for menu planning.
•	Ensure correct food order assembly and timely delivery.
•	Create schedules to ensure adequate staffing at all times.
