Job Fairs present a less stressful way for potential employees to meet employers.
Meeting in person beats the digital online age and is invaluable. Furthermore, it establishes a human connection.
Rather than relying on an online application, the employer can meet the employee and essentially streamline the hiring process.
We have been thinking of organizing an in person Job Fair for many years and we hope that we can gather enough support within the community to make it happen.
