Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Corporate Executive to lead and manage the overall operations of our organization. In this role, you will allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement company policies and programs, ensuring alignment with the organization’s objectives. You will be responsible for authorizing and organizing the establishment of key departments and senior staff positions, as well as coordinating activities across regions, divisions, or departments. The ideal candidate will establish organizational goals, formulate or approve policies, and represent the company in negotiations and official functions. Additionally, you will select and empower middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, creating an optimal working environment for success. Strong leadership and decision-making skills are essential to drive the company’s growth and efficiency.

Duties:
Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions

Experience & Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1 to 2 years of work experience in supervisory or management roles in food industry is required.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Strong leadership abilities with effective communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $43.60 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week

Additional pay: Bonus pay, Overtime pay

Schedule: Day shift, Evening shift, Monday to Friday, Morning shift, Weekends as needed

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (required)

Experience: Management 1 year (preferred)
