Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
1. Examine, measure and prepare the areas on which floor needs to be installed or surfaces that should be covered.
2. Cut, fit and secure the underpadding and Tiles.
3. Cutting and fitting tiles around obstacles and openings using hand and power tools.
4. Using a hand or machine stitcher, seam iron, bonding tape, or other bonding materials, measure, cut, and install tiles.
5. Mixing, applying and spread Cement Glue and other Additives such as staples or nails.
6. Aligning and straightening tiles using levels and squares.
7. Applying plaster between tiles and removing excess plaster.
8. Cutting, polishing and installing marble and granite
9. Removing and replacing cracked or damaged tiles.
10. Preparing estimate of expenses of labor and material.
