The Beach Lakefront Bar & Grill, located at 221 Lake Drive N, Keswick, ON, is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Food Service supervisor who are self-motivated and have good interpersonal skills. The selected candidate will be required to start work as soon as possible. The vacancy refers to a permanent full-time job.

Duties Include:

• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports
• Establish work schedules
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Hire food service staff
