Job Description

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team here at Natural Specialty Crops. It will be a full-time, permanent position at $28.00 hourly / 32 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
– Oversee operational logistics of the organization
– Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
-Prepare and submit reports
– Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
– Train workers in duties and policies
– Conduct performance reviews
– Co-ordinate, assign and review work
– Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
– Establish work schedules and procedures
– Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization

Requirements:
– English
– College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
– 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
– Criminal record check
– Someone who takes the initiative, is organized and reliable as well as a team player
