Position: Retail Sales Manager
Number of Positions: 1
Duration: Full time Permanent
Education requirement: Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
Experience requirement: minimum 1 year experience required as retail sales manager.
Language: English
Start Date: As soon as possible
Wage: $40.50/hour, 35 to 40 hours/week.

Job Duties:
• Plan, direct and evaluate the daily operations of the business and assign duties to staff accordingly.
• Keep eye on local competition and consumer trend, make changes in sales strategy accordingly to increase the sales.
• Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and promotions.
• Plan budgets, authorize expenditures, monitor revenues and make changes in budget accordingly.
• Find new vendors, negotiate with existing and new vendors for product supply.
• Evaluate customer feedback, improve customer service and address customer requests and complaints.
• Hire staff and make arrangements for staff training.
• Monitor performance of staff, motivate them to perform better and focus on staff retention.
• Develop and implement local marketing strategies for Jiffy Lube.
