Job Description:
Job Title: Cook
NOC: 63200
Start Date: Immediate
Wage: $15.00/hour, 35 hours/week
Overtime Wage: $22.50/hour for work after 8 hours/day or 40 hours/week.
Terms: Full-time, Permanent
Location: 4664 Gordon Rd, Regina, SK, S4W 0B7

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, specializing in Chinese cuisine.
• Plan menus, determine the size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies.
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
• Oversee kitchen operations and ensure the kitchen meets health and safety standards.
• Train kitchen staff and manage kitchen operations.
• Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a tidy and hygienic environment.
• Ensure quality and presentation of food meets Sizzling Wok’s standards.
• Manage multiple orders and ensure timely preparation and delivery.
• Assist in developing new recipes and menu items.

Job Requirements:

Education Required:
• Completion of secondary school.

Work Experience:
• 1 to less than 7 months of relevant cooking experience.
