We are seeking an experienced and visionary CEO to lead our company into its next phase of growth.

Job details
– Locations: Concord, ON
– $130,000 annually salary / 40 hours per week
– Permanent employment (Full-time)
– Starts as soon as possible

Main Duties:
• Set company goals and approve key policies and initiatives.
• Organize the establishment of major departments and appoint senior staff members.
• Oversee the allocation of resources, implement policies, manage financial and administrative controls, and approve promotional strategies and personnel planning.
• Select and manage middle management and other executive staff.
• Coordinate activities across various regions, divisions, and departments.
• Act as the company’s representative in negotiations and official functions or delegate this role as necessary.
