This Opportunity:
Subway is a renowned franchise restaurant and brand with locations across Canada. Subway is looking to hire 2 permanent full-time “Food Service Supervisors” who are passionate about the food and beverage industry, can engage and motivate the team in a fast-paced environment, and can successfully assist in our restaurant operations through supervision and upper management co-ordination. The ideal Candidate will:

·         Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.

·         Maintain record of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.

·         Establish work schedules.

·         Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.

·         Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.

·         Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedure.

·         Establish methods to meet work schedules.

Skills Requirements:
·        Completion of secondary school.

·        Minimum 1 year of experience required.
