Position: Food Service Supervisor

Education requirement: Secondary (High) School GraduationCertificate
Experience requirement: 1 year to less than 2 years.

Start Date: As soon as possible
Wage: $18.00/hour, 35 hours/week.

Job Duties:
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of restaurant staff for smooth operation.
• Overseeing food preparation and storage to ensure compliance with health
and food safety regulations.
• Estimate and order food ingredients and other supplies.
• Maintain record of sales, stock and food wastage.
• Resolve customer complaints in professional manner.
• Prepare sales and employee reports.
• Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Ensure proper sanitation and hygiene procedure is followed.
• Prepare work schedule for staff.
• Ensure good quality food and service is provided to customers
• Make arrangements for staff training in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
