Kum Sing Poultry is located at 1233 W 75th Ave., Vancouver, BC V6P 3G4. We are currently looking for full time Butchers- wholesale. If you are interested, please submit your resume by e-mail.
Position: Butcher- wholesale
Types: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: CAD$23.00/hour
Working Hours: 30- 40 hours/week
Benefits: 4% of vacation pay

Job Duties:
• Cut, trim, bone poultry and meat to prepare standard/customised cuts;
• Prepare meat for special displays and/or delivery;
• Wrap and/or package fresh, frozen, or prepared meats;
• Manage inventory, keep records of sales and determine amount, product line and freshness of products
• Ensure poultry and meats are clean and stored in safe conditions;
• Follow HACCP, CFIA and food safety standards and maintain workplace in sanitary conditions;
• May supervise or train other butchers/meat cutters.

Job requirements:
• Completion of secondary school;
• 1-2 years of on-the-job training.
(Completion of a college or other butchery training program an asset)
