1325058 BC LTD. in Kelowna, British Columbia is now hiring a Permanent Full-Time Retail Sales Route Supervisor.

Duties Includes:
Supervise and coordinate sales staff and cashiers
Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
Authorize payments and the return of merchandise
Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, such as store displays, signage and cleanliness
May perform the same duties as workers supervised

Wages and Benefits: Wages $23.10 per hourly, for 40 hours per week.

Work Experience: Must have at least 1 year of previous retail sales experience as a retail salesperson and in cashiering is usually required. Have a strong command in English language both in oral and written communication.

Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
