Job Description

Job Duties:
– Preparing bank reconciliations for CMLS entities;
– Keeping financial records and reconciling the commercial trust accounts and maintaining the trust ledger using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems;
– Assisting with the month-end process and preparation of internal financial reporting packages;
– Supporting the Payments team in investigating unusual transactions and reconciling differences;
– Assist with the trust and financial statement audits;
– Supporting the wider Finance team and the commercial business units with statistical, financial and accounting reports as needed

Required languages: English

Education level: Completion of a college program in accounting, bookkeeping or a related field

Required skills: One year of experience as a financial or accounting clerk is required
