Duties:
– Assign work schedules to staff and ensure smooth operation.
– Keep track and purchase order for beauty equipment, supplies and materials.
– Hire staffs and train staffs accordingly to work manual
– Check smooth operation of hair, esthetic, and laser equipment and arrange for maintenance
– Monitor and maintain service quality
– Keep track of supplies and inform stock for reorder
– Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports
– Receive and address clients’ concern and complaints

Requirements:
– Education: Completion of Secondary school is required
– Experience: At least 1 year of experience as supervisor in any occupation
Or,
At least 3-5 years of experience in hairstyling industry is required
