Kum Sing Poultry is located at 1233 W 75th Ave., Vancouver, BC V6P 3G4. We are currently looking for full time Industrial meat cutters. If you are interested, please submit your resume by e-mail.

Position: Industrial Meat Cutter
Types: Full-time, Permanent (Part time also available)
Wage: CAD$20.10/hour
Working Hours: 30- 40 hours/week
Benefits: 4% of vacation pay

Job Duties:
• Cut poultry and meat carcasses or sides or quarters of carcasses into primal cuts for further cutting, processing or packaging
• Remove bones from meat
• Cut meat and poultry into specific cuts for commercial or other wholesale use
• Remove skin, excess fat, bruises or other blemishes from carcasses or meat portions

Job requirements:
• Education: not required
• Completion of a program in industrial meat cutting or experience as an industrial butcher asset
• On-the-job training provided
